The UC Davis Neuromuscular Research Center is seeking participants for an online survey about movement and daily living abilities for people with Duchenne muscular dystrophy.

The Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy Lifetime Mobility Scale (DMD-LMS) is a set of questions that ask about how easy or hard it is for people with DMD to complete specific movements and activities in day-to-day life.

Volunteers will spend approximately 30 minutes answering questions about how easy or hard a movement or task would be if the person with DMD had to complete it within the past 7 days without help.

We will then contact you via email to repeat a condensed version of this survey one month and then one year later.

Your participation will support the use of the DMD-LMS as a patient reported outcome measurement in future DMD clinical trials.
